Nicole Bonds, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Nicole Bonds was born and raised in Hartwell, Georgia. She is a graduate of Hart County High School. She graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and from Armstrong State University Masters of Health in Speech Language Pathology. Nicole moved to the Glynn County in 2017. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in the State of Georgia. She currently works for Glynn County Schools with preschool and elementary age students. She started working part-time at The Speech Clinic in 2018. Nicole has experience treating a variety of communication disorders with a variety of ages and populations. This includes speech impairments, childhood apraxia of speech, pediatric and adult language disorders, fluency disorders, pragmatic disorders, voice abnormalities, and motor speech disorders. She has worked with the following populations: developmentally delayed, autism, traumatic brain injury, hearing impaired, stroke, ADHD, Down syndrome and other genetic disorders. She lives on St. Simons Island with her husband, Cameron, and her dog, Petey. She enjoys going to the beach, reading, traveling, and eating good food. She loves the University of Georgia Bulldogs!
Meredith Harper, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Meredith Harper is from St. Simons Island, Georgia. She is a graduate of Glynn Academy. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Speech Pathology. Meredith moved back to Brunswick in 2019. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), and is accredited by the Georgia Professional Licensing Board. She began working part-time at The Speech Clinic in 2020. Meredith has experience treating a variety of communication disorders in children. She worked for Fulton County Schools in Roswell, Georgia for seven years, and the Speech and Hearing Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee for two years. She lives in Brunswick with her husband, Adam, and 3 young children, Zachary, Bethany, and Natalie. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and being outdoors.
Beth-Ann McSweeney, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Beth-Ann is originally from Smyrna, Georgia. She graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and from The University of Georgia with a Masters of Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2003. Beth-Ann moved to Camden County in 2023. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in the State of Georgia and continues to be licensed in Virginia. She started working full-time at The Speech Clinic in August 2023. Beth-Ann has experience treating a variety of communication disorders across a variety of ages and populations including: articulation/phonological disorders, pediatric and adult language disorders, fluency disorders, voice abnormalities, vocal cord dysfunction, pediatric and adult dysphagia, esophageal dysphagia, oral motor disorders, Apraxia, Central Auditory Processing Disorders and Literacy skills. She has worked in a variety of settings including: public, private and charter schools, online charter schools, the Richmond VA Medical Center’s Polytrauma Transitional Rehab Program, a skilled nursing facility and, most recently, The Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. She has worked with numerous populations including: developmentally delayed, autism, traumatic brain injury, stroke, ADHD, Down Syndrome and other genetic disorders, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, feeding and swallowing, failure to thrive, Cerebral Palsy and dyslexia.
She lives in St Marys with her husband, Dan, two daughters Elizabeth and Emily, two dogs, two cats and two horses. She loves spending time with her family, gardening, exploring parks, taking nature walks with her daughters and finding new favorite restaurants.
